Hello and thank you for visiting! It is my goal as your full service real estate company specializing in the Carson Valley, Minden, and Gardnerville areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. My husband and I relocated to the Carson Valley from Michigan.  We had made the decision to do so based on the tax benefits and the quality of life here in the Carson Valley. This area offers so much and fits all styles of life, whether you're a hiker, skier, golfer or smiply want to enjoy the beauty of the area.  What ever your desires, you will find it in the Carson Valley.

I spent over 20 years in Michigan as a Mortgage Underwriter, which helps me understand the complete process of purchasing a home.  After arriving in the Carson Valley I obtained my Real Estate license and started my career working for a local builder.  My experience helps me with first time homebuyers, clients looking for second homes, investors and understanding the needs of people relocating.

I pride myself in keeping up through education so that I am there every step of the way for you.  I obtained my Broker-Sales Associates license in May, 2005.  In May, 2006 I completed the requirements for  my CRS Designation.  Realtors who receive the designation have completed advance coursed and demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate.  Only 35,000 realtors nationwide have earned this credential.  

As with anything, sometimes there will be unforeseen issues and I will follow them through for you and make your buying or selling as easy for you as I can.  Follow-thru and communication are my strong suits.
